Booking

By booking a tour with Sugar Rays Booze Bus Bali, you agree to all Terms & Conditions listed on this page. All bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed once full payment has been received. Payment is made by credit card at the time of booking, and a confirmation is sent to the email address provided. Guests are responsible for providing accurate contact details.

Tour Times & Duration

Each tour is a 2-hour experience within the Legian area. Departures run 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM daily and 2:30 PM – 4:30 PM on selected days. The Family Package is available on the midday tour only. Guests should arrive before the scheduled departure time, as late arrivals may reduce the time available on the tour.

Capacity

The bus accommodates up to 11 passengers per tour. Seats are allocated per booking and cannot be transferred to another tour without prior confirmation from our team.

Age Requirements

Children under 10 years old must be accompanied by parents. Alcoholic beverages are served only to guests of legal drinking age, and identification may be requested. Children are welcome on the Family Package, which includes Bronze (non-alcoholic) seats and operates on the daytime tour. Minors must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times.

Included Services

Packages may include drinks, pizza, merchandise, and hostess service depending on your selection.

Responsibility

The Booze Bus team is responsible for providing transport, drinks (per package), and a safe environment. Guests are responsible for their own personal belongings.

Cancellation Policy

A full refund is available only if the booking is cancelled at least 48 hours before the tour time. No refund will be issued for cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled tour.

How to Cancel Your Booking

All cancellations must be submitted via email to the address provided at the time of booking. Messages via WhatsApp or social media do not qualify as official cancellation requests.

Rescheduling Policy

You may reschedule your tour up to 48 hours before your original time slot, subject to availability.

Non-Arrival / Late Arrival

If your group fails to show up at the confirmed time, your booking is considered a no-show and no refund applies.

Weather Conditions

Tours operate in most weather conditions. The bus includes curtains and interior protection. Only extreme weather will cause cancellation or rescheduling by our team. If the operator cancels due to unsafe weather, guests may choose to reschedule or receive a full refund.

Code of Conduct

To ensure a fun, safe, and enjoyable experience for everyone, the following behaviours are strictly prohibited: disrespectful or abusive behaviour toward staff or others, obscene or inappropriate conduct, public urination, excessive intoxication, and any behaviour that endangers passengers, staff, or the public.

Refusal of Service

Our team reserves the right to remove guests from the tour if their behaviour violates these policies. No refund will be given in such cases. Removed guests are responsible for arranging their own return transport.

Alcohol Safety

Alcohol will be served responsibly and only to adults. Guests showing signs of dangerous intoxication may have drink service stopped.

Smoking Policy

Smoking is not permitted inside the bus.

Damage to the Vehicle

Any deliberate or accidental damage caused by guests may result in additional charges.

Safety Briefing

Before departure, guests will receive a short safety briefing from the hostess.

Medical Considerations

Guests with medical conditions should consult with staff before booking.

Emergency Situations

In the unlikely event of an emergency, guests are asked to follow crew instructions immediately, remain seated when advised, and keep exits clear.

Guest Liability

Guests participate at their own risk. The operator is not liable for loss of personal belongings or accidents caused by guest misconduct.

Operator Liability

The operator ensures a safe vehicle, a licensed driver, professional staff, and compliance with local safety laws.
