Everything you need to know before booking your Booze Bus Bali experience.

General Terms
1. Booking Agreement

By booking a tour with Sugar Rays Booze Bus Bali, you agree to all Terms & Conditions listed on this page. All bookings require full payment at the time of reservation.

2. Age Requirements

Children under 10 years old must be accompanied by parents. No alcohol will be served to guests under the legal drinking age.

3. Tour Duration & Capacity

  • Standard Booze Bus tour duration: 2 hours
  • Maximum capacity: 11 passengers

4. Included Services

Packages may include drinks, pizza, merchandise, and hostess service depending on your selection.

5. Responsibility

The Booze Bus team is responsible for providing transport, drinks (per package), and a safe environment. Guests are responsible for their own personal belongings.

Cancellation Policy
6. Standard Cancellation Rules

  • Full refund available only if cancelled at least 48 hours before the tour time.
  • No refund will be issued for cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled tour.

7. How to Cancel Your Booking

All cancellations must be submitted via email to the address provided at the time of booking. Messages via WhatsApp or social media do not qualify as official cancellation requests.

8. Rescheduling Policy

You may reschedule your tour up to 48 hours before your original time slot, subject to availability.

9. Non-Arrival / Late Arrival

If your group fails to show up at the confirmed time, your booking is considered a no-show and no refund applies.

10. Weather Conditions

Tours operate in most weather conditions. The bus includes curtains and interior protection. Only extreme weather will cause cancellation or rescheduling by our team. If the operator cancels due to unsafe weather, guests may choose to reschedule or receive a full refund.

Behaviour & Safety Policy
11. Code of Conduct

To ensure a fun, safe, and enjoyable experience for everyone, the following behaviours are strictly prohibited:

  • Disrespectful or abusive behaviour toward staff or others
  • Obscene or inappropriate conduct
  • Public urination
  • Excessive intoxication
  • Any behaviour that endangers passengers, staff, or the public.

12. Refusal of Service

Our team reserves the right to remove guests from the tour if their behaviour violates these policies. No refund will be given in such cases. Removed guests are responsible for arranging their own return transport.

13. Alcohol Safety

Alcohol will be served responsibly and only to adults. Guests showing signs of dangerous intoxication may have drink service stopped.

14. Smoking Policy

Smoking is not permitted inside the bus.

15. Damage to the Vehicle

Any deliberate or accidental damage caused by guests may result in additional charges.

Health & Safety
16. Safety Briefing

Before departure, guests will receive a short safety briefing from the hostess.

17. Medical Considerations

Guests with medical conditions should consult with staff before booking.

18. Emergency Situations

In the unlikely event of an emergency:

  • Follow crew instructions immediately
  • Remain seated when advised
  • Keep exits clear.

Liability
19. Guest Liability

Guests participate at their own risk. The operator is not liable for loss of personal belongings or accidents caused by guest misconduct.

20. Operator Liability

The operator ensures:

  • A safe vehicle
  • Licensed driver
  • Professional staff
  • Compliance with local safety laws.
