GENERAL BEHAVIOUR GUIDELINES
Fun Comes First
A great party is about energy—and we make sure every second of your ride feels exciting, joyful, and unforgettable.
Obscene, inappropriate, or indecent conduct
This includes any behaviour that may cause discomfort or harm to others.
Excessive intoxication
Guests who become dangerously intoxicated may have drink service stopped or may be removed from the tour.
Public urination or indecent exposure
This results in immediate removal from the vehicle with no refund.
Any behaviour that endangers safety
Including shouting out of windows, blocking exits, damaging property, or interfering with the driver.
REMOVAL FROM THE TOUR
If a guest violates any behaviour rule, Booze Bus Bali reserves the right to:

- Stop the tour
- Remove the offending guest or group from the vehicle
- Refuse continuation of service
Important:
Guests removed from the bus must arrange their own return transport.
No refund will be issued for removal due to misconduct.
This policy ensures the safety and enjoyment of all passengers.

Alcohol on Family Tours
Family Day Tour includes:
- Beer/cider for adults
- Soft drinks for children
AGE & CHILD SAFETY POLICY
Minimum age:
Children under 10 years old must be accompanied by parents.
Children are allowed only for Family Day Tours or when the full bus is booked privately.
Safety measures for children:
- No alcohol will be served to minors
- Seatbelts provided
- Hostess oversight during ride
WEATHER & ROAD SAFETY
Tours operate in most weather conditions
The bus includes protective interior curtains and panels for rainy conditions.
Extreme weather
If weather becomes unsafe, the operator may:
- Delay the start
- Reschedule the tour
- Cancel the tour (full refund applies)
Road safety
Please follow safety instructions from the driver and hostess at all times.
Do NOT:
- Stand suddenly while the bus is moving
- Lean out the window
- Block aisles and exits
DAMAGE & CLEANING POLICY
Guest Responsibility
Any accidental or intentional damage to:
- Bus interior
- Seats
- Windows
- Decorations
- Equipment
…may result in additional charges to cover repair or replacement.
Cleaning Fee
A cleaning fee may apply for excessive spills, vomiting, or intentional mess.
EMERGENCY PROCEDURES
In the event of an emergency:
- Follow instructions from the staff immediately
- Remain seated when advised
- Keep aisle and exits clear
- Notify the hostess of any injury or concern
Our crew is trained to handle emergency situations calmly and professionally.
GUEST RESPONSIBILITY
Each guest is responsible for:
- Their own behaviour
- Their personal belongings
- Their physical condition during alcohol consumption
- Ensuring they are fit to ride
The operator is not liable for loss, damage, or injuries caused by guest misconduct.

Violations may lead to immediate removal with no refund.
